Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are:

• Valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified
• Subject to site inspection and may be adjusted based on actual conditions
• Not binding until a written contract is signed by both parties
• Based on the information provided and may change if project scope changes

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service contract and may include:

• Deposit required before work commences
• Progress payments for larger projects
• Final payment upon project completion and approval
• Late payment fees may apply for overdue invoices

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with:

• Workmanship warranty as specified in your service contract
• Manufacturer warranties on materials (terms vary by product)
• Commitment to addressing any issues arising from our work

Warranties do not cover damage caused by natural disasters, improper maintenance, or third-party modifications.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule services:

• Provide at least 48 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees
• Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered
• Rescheduling is subject to availability

Liability and Insurance

Genc Construction LLC is fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to:

• Direct damages caused by our negligence or breach of contract
• Coverage amounts as specified in our insurance policies
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and project requirements
• Ensure safe access to the work site
• Obtain necessary permits (unless otherwise agreed in contract)
• Make timely payments as per the agreed schedule
• Notify us immediately of any concerns or issues

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Genc Construction LLC and is protected by copyright laws.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:

• We encourage direct communication to resolve issues
• Mediation may be pursued before legal action
• Disputes will be governed by the laws of New Jersey
• Venue for legal proceedings will be Bergen County, New Jersey

Changes to Terms
